Magic, Magick, Curses and Jinxes
As far as I understand the world, there is a universal energy, present in every animated thing, beast, man or plant and a similar energy to be found in lifeless matter.
This energy is something we can feel but hardly manipulate but in the things we have in control ourselves.Therefore a curse or jinx is only able to work if we allow it to work by believing in it - because then we use the power and control we have to built up obstacles in our way by ourselves.
So here is my warning: yes, they work but we have to learn about them and be in fear of them to give them power over the energy which is in our control. And even then it is not the curse or Jinx itself which is influencing things but our self, our mind which delivers the means.
And I have found that mantras, brief and positive messages we give to our self, to the energies which are beyond our direct control, do work positive and efficiently in handing all the power and energy back to us, to work according to our wishes and not our fears.
These mantras have to be brief and purely positive as these energies have no understanding of the word "No" or "not":
- I will succeed!
- I am brave
- I will give love
- Love will fill my heart
are mantras who will reach us.
Sentences like "I will not be afraid" will work directly against our wishes as the message we deliver in fact to the energies beyond is: "I will be afraid".
If we repeat the mantras we chose every day for a couple of times (while brushing your teeth, waiting at the traffic light, while we wait for the water in the kettle to boil) we can refill our reservoir of positive energy and steer us in a positive way, leading us to more happiness and success and thus avert and oppose evil energies around us.
